No, not at all! Bringing yourself towards health and a balanced lifestyle should be an enjoyable process, and eliminating everything like that leaves us feeling deprived and would defeat that purpose. 

Yes, of course! That being said, I have found that each person tends to have different goals and dual meetings have the potential to get in the way of being able to fully focus on each individual’s needs. I recommend scheduling your introductory sessions separately, and going from there.

You will continue to fill out the food journal (this is a great opportunity to see variances in a different environment as opposed to a typical daily routine) and we go over everything together when you return.
